A Five-Minute Look That Still Feels Like You
A quick beauty routine does not need ten steps.
Some mornings, you have five minutes. You still want to feel put together. Start with a question: What part of your face do you like to play up? Maybe it is your lips, cheeks, brows, or skin. Pick one. Let that be the star of your look.
For a lip day, choose a color you can put on again without a mirror. For a brow day, brush them into place. For a cheek day, add a touch of color and blend it well. You can do more if you want, but you do not have to. A look can feel complete because it feels like you.
Keep the items you use most in one spot. This saves time when you are half awake or late for work. If you wear sunscreen, use it as directed for your skin; makeup alone is not a stand-in for it. At night, remove your makeup in a way that feels gentle to your skin.
Try your five-minute look on a quiet day first. Time yourself, then notice what you enjoyed. If one step feels like work, swap it. The goal is a routine you can repeat, not a race to copy someone else.
